The Install — Step by Step
Step 1 · Pop the Dash Top Cover
What you do: Pry up the black plastic cover on top of the dash with the tool, then peel back the long non-slip pad underneath.

Step 2 · Loosen the Bolts & Pull the Bracket
What you do: Use the ratchet wrench to loosen the trim bolts above the center console, then grip and pull out the black plastic bracket.

Step 3 · Unclip the Dashboard Cover & Padding

Step 4 · Unclip the Lower Trim Panel
What you do: Work the pry tool around the lower center panel to pop it free, exposing the radio’s mounting area.

Step 5 · Pull the Factory Radio & Unplug the Harness
What you do: Pry the original stereo out of the dash, slide it forward, and disconnect the wiring harness from the back.

Step 6 · Mount the A/C Vent Assembly & Bracket
What you do: Fit the new air-conditioning vent assembly into the opening and secure the mounting bracket in place.

Step 7 · Wire It Up, Slide It In & Power-On Test (CRITICAL — DO NOT SKIP)
