Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

Cancellations & Modifications

Order cancellations or modifications are only accepted before the product has been shipped or entered production. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. If you need to make changes to an unshipped order, please contact us at topdisplaynavi@gmail.com.

Returns & Reshipments

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment.

1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within the 15-day period. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is for reasons not related to product quality or our error (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

• Quality-Related Returns: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

2. Reshipments

We will resend a new product at no additional cost under the following circumstances:

• If we shipped the incorrect item.

• If the item is defective upon arrival due to a manufacturing issue.

If the product was damaged during transit by the carrier, we can arrange a reshipment where the customer shares a portion of the reshipping cost.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Partial Refunds for Damaged Goods:

In cases of transit damage where a full return is inconvenient, we may offer a partial refund to cover the loss, while you retain the product.
