By placing an order with Topdisplay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Order cancellations or modifications are accepted before the order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation or modification on an unshipped order, please contact us immediately at topdisplaycs@gmail.com.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Please contact us within the 30-day window before sending any item back

How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at topdisplaycs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping label (if applicable)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions
Reshipments
We will send a replacement product at no additional cost if:
- We shipped the incorrect item
- The item is defective upon arrival due to a manufacturing issue
If the product was damaged during transit by the carrier, we will arrange a reshipment and cover the reshipping cost after the carrier's damage claim is confirmed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned in a condition different from how they were received
- If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
